LG Stylo 4 reaches Cricket tomorrow

The LG Stylo 4 launched in the US at MetroPCS last week, and tomorrow it's also going to land at Cricket. The AT&T-owned prepaid carrier couldn't let T-Mobile's subsidiary have all the stylus-aided fun, it seems.

Cricket will sell you a Stylo 4 for $229.99. Keep in mind that a $30 per month plan is required in order to get it at that price. You can pick between black or Metallic Lavender color options.

The LG Stylo 4 has a 6.2-inch FHD+ touchscreen sans notch, DTS:X premium surround sound through headphones, an octa-core processor in Qualcomm's Snapdragon 450 chipset, a 13 MP main camera, and a 5 MP selfie snapper.

Of course you also get an integrated stylus, which helps you quickly launch note taking and screen writing apps when you pull it out. With Screen-off Memo you just write, without the need to turn on the display beforehand. A pop-up message will ensure you don't lose your stylus, and Pop Lens lets you use the stylus to magnify text. You can also create GIFs from videos by using the pen.

Interestingly enough, Cricket's version packs 3GB of RAM, compared to only 2GB for MetroPCS' model. A 3,300 mAh battery keeps the lights on, and the phone runs Android 8.1 Oreo with LG UX 7.0 on top.
